In 2011, Ningbo Guanyi Group took the full control of Qixia Manufacturing Factory and set up Shandong Guanyi Motor parts Co., Ltd. aiming on global market, we have been speeding up to update software and hardware by a large range. New built up modern plant has area 50000 m² , fixed assets RMB 108 million, and annually investing 30% of the profits for industrial upgrading, with 280 employees, 25% among which are senior technicians. More than 900 various process and Testing-Analysis facilities, covering Taiwan imported CNC lathes, NC machining centers, Anker CNC modeling cylindrical machine tools, special-shaped piston pin boring machine, etc., and various advanced piston testing and analysis tools.

We Deal in complete piston products and mainly engage in aluminum alloy pistons from 60mm to 300mm, including diesel motor pistons and various pistons applying to marine, gasoline vehicles, generators and air compressor, covering more than 50 different car series and more than 2000 different kinds of vehicles in Europe and America, Japan and Korea. The process types of the manufactures are pistons with steel, iron casted, low pressure casting, aluminum alloy forged, insert, cooling oil gallery, special pinhole shape, bushing, all can be supplied, with different finishing like tin coated, phosphate, graphite coating, and anodized etc. Our targets are high end market. Guanyi’ s diesel and gasoline pistons are mainly exported to top market of countries like Germany, Japan, Korean, Turkey, England, and some other countries and regions, as well as domestic and foreign mainframe factories. Our marine pistons are only supplied to customers in domestic.
