Fengrui was founded in year 1999 being located in Dongguang of China. It is close to Hong Kong. We mainly engage in plastic injection mould making and cooperate with qualified subcontractor to provide service for plastic molding, hardware, electronics and other related product.

Fengrui has more than 100 employees and 3000 square meters of factory space. We have advanced machining machines like CNC, EDM, machine, wire cutting. We manage OEM business. We are highly experienced in automotive, medical, engineering component mould making and molding industries.

Fengrui has 90% moulds for export to Europe and America and has built long-term business relationship with many customers from Sweden, Denmark, USA, UK, Israel, Spain and other countries.

After-shipment service
We care your opinion and comments for our mould quality and we will follow up the comments you filled in the Feedback Form of Mould Quality (This form will be enclosed with mould. ) and we will make related treatment.

Punctual lead-time
The lead-time we list in our quotation sheet is calculated from the day that mould design get approval from customer. We will send a schedule to customer for follow up the process. And we will catch time schedule we promise.

We know the customer would like to trial production before starting large production. At this period, they would like to make prototype. We cooperate with subcontractor to provide product design and prototype making to help our customer to ensure the idea is correct so that they can go further with mould making for large production.

Besides it, we also align with qualified subcontractor to provide metal part, die casting parts, PCB and surface treatment (painting, printing, plating etc. ) upon extra requirement from customer. We strive for one-stop for our customer.

Mould Drawing Check
Before sending out the mould design to customer, our engineer will check the mould design according to the specification from customer. After finalizing every detail, the engineer will fill in the Mold Drawing Checking Form and send together with the mould design to customer for final examination.

Time Schedule
Once getting approval of customer, a time schedule will be sent to customer for following up. We have personnel to check the every step of the machining. And avoid any mistake occurred in the machining process and this will help us to catch the time schedule.

Weekly Report
In order to keep the customer to get the latest status of the project, weekly report will be sent to customer by the person who is responsible for the project.

T1 Sample Check with Projection Equipment
We will check the structure and dimension of T1 sample by using Projection Equipment to ensure they meet the requirement of customer. The related data will be filled in T1 Sample Check Report. This report will be sent to customer while we send out the T1 sample by DHL.

Mould Trial Production before shipment
In order to ensure the quality of mould, we will run a 3-4 hours trial production before shipment. And we will take a movie clip and send to customer for reference.
