Founded by overseas returnees, Yantai Taikang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development and production of biomedical materials. It has advanced PVA sponge production equipment and testing instruments, and has a 100, 000-class purification plant in compliance with GMP standards. It has a 10, 000-level inspection and purification laboratory. And based on ISO9001 and ISO13485 to establish a sound quality management system.
The PVA sponge developed by the company completely adopts the international advanced "air foaming" process. There is no need to add starch in the production process. The main equipments are imported machines. The process adopts international advanced technology. The PVA sponge produced is soft and tough. It has high tensile strength and compression resistance, and has good biocompatibility. It is an ideal material for negative pressure drainage. At present, the quality of the products has reached the advanced level in the same industry in China.
Now the company has formed an annual production capacity of 500, 000 pieces of standard negative pressure sponge (15X10X1), and can customize various specifications of PVA sponge according to customer requirements.
