Shengli Oilfield Freet Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 1964, and formly, it was named as General Enginnering Machinery Plant of Shengli Petroleum Administration, Sinopec.

Freet is engaged in manufacture and marketing of tubes and pipes exclusively used in oilfield, oil & gas drilling and producing equipment, oilfield special vehicles refitting, steel & plastic composited pipes and coal-bed gas equipment. At the same time, Freet addresses itself to wide scale petroleum engineering services. Now the company has annul capacity of machining and manufacturing 100, 000 tons of tubing, 120, 000 tons of casing, 5 million meters of sucker rod and 2500 sets of pumping unit.
