Henan Doyen Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd owns two highly automated production lines equipped with online automatic quality control system and final product inspection system. Product line includes full range of silicon carbide filters used for cast iron and aluminum, and filters for aluminum cast house, of which sizes varied from 229mm (9 inches) to 660mm(26 inches).

Unique manufacturing process of post firing cutting is adopted for Doyen Foundry filter for high dimensional accuracy. Expandable gasket and low expansion aggregate used for Doyen Aluminum Cast House filter can effectively resolve the cracking and crushing issues during pre-heating and floating during filtering.
