Janus (Dongguan) Plastic Product Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing precision plastic molds and plastic products for cell phones, digital cameras, PDAs, medical instruments, personal care products and computer accessories. We can provide mold design, mold manufacturing, plastic injection, automatic surface coating, processing and assembly. Many techniques like insert molding/double injection molding in forming, soft-touch painting/water property painting in special painting, and the newest techniques like VM/ NCVM, are available here.

Janus (Dongguan) Plastic Product Co., Ltd. is equipped with more than 100 computerized mold making machines, among which are 30 EDM (CHARMILLE, MAKINO), 15 CNC (MAKINO, FANUC), 8 wire/cut machines (CHARMILLE); 160 injection machines (SUMITOMO, DEMAG), 16 painting lines and 20 assembly lines. Janus is also equipped with150002 10000-class and 1000-class dust free workplace. The capacity for mold making is 150 sets/month, 2 million sets of cell phone plastic housings.

Janus (Dongguan) Plastic Product Co., Ltd. has passed ISO9001: 2000, ISO14001: 2004 and GPMS (RoHS) authentications, and we are pushing for process control systems like SPC/CTQ/FMEA/IE, and these ensure our products of high quality.

Our main customers are Flextronics, Inventec, Perlos, Panasonic, Kyocera, ZTE, Huawei, UTstarcom. We offer our service directly to the customers, so every mold and product is under authorization.
