Sunny Xinrui Steel Group Co., Ltd. Mainly in working on overseas sales business for Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. Xingcheng belongs to CITIC Special Steel Group, and was invested and established by Hong Kong CITIC Pacific Ltd., in 1993. It is the key high-tech enterprise of National Torch Plan, the president company in China Special Steel Association, Advanced Energy-saving Company in China, and the National Industrialization & Informatization Integrated Model Enterprise.

The company has three factory sites: The largest one named as Binjiang plant locates in the Economic Development District of Jiangyin City, which occupies the area of 660 acres. It is on the south of Yangtze River with two self-constructed wharfs with a berthing capacity of 100 thousand tons. It possesses the unique transportation and logistics advantages which combining highway, inner river, Yangtze river and ocean transportation together.

All main equipment for steel-making, rolling, heat treatment and inspection were imported from overseas and world advanced process were applied, the company has become the domestic production base for high quality special bars and plates, main products are high standard bearing steel, high-grade gear steel, alloy spring steel, alloy tube steel, oil field steel, high-grade mooring chain steel, tyre cord steel, free-cutting non-quenched&tempered steel, boiler and pressure vessel steel, engineering machinery steel, ship and ocean engineering steel etc. The company has the first comprehensive research institute in domestic special steel industry, the institute has national level technology center, national accredited laboratory and postdoc workstation.
