Dalian DAFU Plastic Color Printing Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture company between Dalian Shengdao Group and FUJI KIKAI KOGYO Co., Ltd., FUJIMORI KOGYO CO., Ltd., HYOGO Trading Co., Ltd. It was the first company in China to introduce the full set of international advanced rotogravure printing equipment in 1982. There are 296 employees in the company, 110 of them are technicians, 33% of the total with Junior College Degree or up.

The total investment is USD 2, 991 million, Shengdao Group takes 75% share, and Japanese part takes 25% share. There are 5 printing presses, the capabilities are up to the advanced level of 1990s in the world, and FM-12S 12 color printing press is the first press in the Asia and Pacific with international level of high technology. It is the first company in the trade of China got ISO9002 certificate in 1995. The key products are food staff packaging, daily articles packaging, industry products packaging. The products are up to 20 series and 4000 sorts, among which 86% are international famous brands, sold to 28 princes, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, America, Europe, Japan and so on, being the supplier of more than 3000 customers at home and abroad
