It was a joint ventures which set up by Taiwan GaoTeJia Industry Co., Ltd and Guangdong Digitell Technology Co., Ltd. The decision-making headquarters located in Shunde China, responsible for strategic research of the industry and product's planning and selling: The research and development research center located in Taiwan China in charge of information collecting and product developing: The production base located in Hengyang, China.
