Our work is built around the failure modes that kill cold plates in the field: Leaks over live electronics, thermal-cycle fatigue, hotspots born from poor flatness. Every project starts with an engineering review of your drawing and operating conditions - DFM feedback and CFD simulation where needed, with drawings protected under NDA.
Production runs at our 2, 000 m² Factory in Dongguan (since 2017), 35 minutes from our Shenzhen office. Cold plates are pressure-tested before shipment; Factory visits and audits are welcome. One name on every contract and payment: Coldwerk Thermal Technology Limited.
