Daqing VICTEX Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (Daqing VICTEX or the Company), established in 2004 with the registered capital of RMB 5 million, is located in the National Hi-Tech Development Zone of Daqing City. Daqing VICTEX has approx. 60 employees and plant area of 50, 000 m2. The Company has been accredited for ISO9001, 14001, GB/T28001. Daqing VICTEX is a specialized company in production and sales of bio-fermentation products which are mainly applied in oil recovery, environment remediation and agriculture fields and becomes a qualified product & service provider in the supplier networks of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. And CNPC.

As a patented product, Rhamnolipid biosurfactant are one of our major products. Within a decade of effort on R & D of technologies and industrial production of Rhamnolipid biosurfactant we have provided on batch production basis the product- B18 with concentration of 18% and more than 40% purity. The product-B40 with concentration of 40% and more than 85% purity is a new oone which is nearly ready for industrial batch production. Using vegetable oil as raw material of these products and fermentation process & physical purification technique makes sure the products are green and non-toxic. At Nowadays Daqing VICTEX has the largest industrial-scaled production line in the world, with the capacity of 800T/y for Product-B18. We are also expanding the existing production line to the one with the capacity of 2, 000T/y for Product-18. As its second-phase expansion program for Product-B40, the projected capacity will be 400T/y.

The company has a R&D center, 12 scientists & technical personnel and 5 outsourcing expert teams involving in technical support, of which 2 experts are highly senior specialists with vast relevant experience in surfactant field. We have closely cooperated with Tsinghua University, CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences), Jiangnan University, East China University of Science and Technology etc. In terms of technical innovation & optimization, technical transformation for industrial production, application study & investigation in order to maintain technological advantage and high quality of products.

The products, designed with excellent surfactivity, 100% biodegradability, non-toxic and hazard free, is the best alternative to chemical surfactants. Rhamnolipid products are widely used in petrochemical, daily chemical, industrial cleaning, pharmaceutical, agriculture, construction material, environmental remediation, high-grade feeds, printing & dyeing and metal processing industries. For oil enhancement or minimization of hydro-fracture in oil fields, our products are used for years and the sales revenue totals 5, 000T. In agriculture fields, our clients have used our products for plant or crop protection, fertilizer alternative, bio-pesticide, biocide, fruit & vegetable preservatives. We also have some successful applications for personal care, cleaning agent, soil remediation, wastewater treatment, river regulation work as well.
