Dalian Changxing Casting Industry Co.,Ltd. is located in Changxingdao Economy Development Zone with convenient transportation, easy to come and go.

As a joint venture,the company has founded in 1980, and it has grown to 200 employees (including more than 20 senior engineers and technicians) and occupies of 30,000 sq meters, and possesses the fixed assets of over ￥20 million. Now it has developed as one of medium-scale fundry enterprises in the region of northeast China. There are four major workshops, casting, machining, heat-treatment and heat-immersion plating in the company. It has its own arc furnace, heat-treatment furnace, shot-blasting, hot and shooting core, molding and hot dip galvanizing equipments. The company has strong technological force, being able to take on production and processing of foundry items orders, e.g. malleable cast iron, grey cast iron and ductile iron castings. The company is one of the few Chinese enterprises, which can manufacture such finished foundry iron products with the international standard (ISO5922-81 B35-10). The typical products cover building structure products, template parts, buried foundry goods used under the railway crosstie, electromagnetic steel cover etc. The annual productions are over 4000 tons and majority of the products are exported to U.S., UK, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.

Strict quality control process is implemented to achieve highest quality. Products are manufactured in accordance with the U.S. and Germany standards. At the same time, it has through ISO9002. In the company, the complete quality control management is carried out with the assistance of computer, and a series of quality assurance system has been established, including the raw materials, production process controlexamination of products and after-sale services. The company was granted "the qualified unit in the Quality Acceptance Activity" by the Ministry of Agriculture for the exported foundry goods and an "enterprise with reliable products" by Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Technology Supervision and an "Enterprise with lay stress on contract and keep his words" and " Better of Hundred Township Enterprises" by Liaoning Provincial Administration of Township Enterprise.
