In 1995, Jingfeng bearing began its operation in bearing Industry. It worked as a bearing parts supplier in the early stage till a wholly owned bearing factory was built in 2000. With the assistance of parent company, since the beginning of 2004, Jingfeng has established an OEM system which mainly focuses on electric motor, sports equipment, castors, bicycle parts and big bearing manufacturer; Holds over 20 stable customers; The production quantity of thin section ball bearings and 6200 series are both passed four million pieces in OEM Industry. Its product range includes ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, steel balls and bicycle parts.
On the processing capability of equipments, the largest processing dimensions can be up to 70 mm of inner diameter; The highest grade of bearings can be up to P6/ Z3, regular products are P0/P6, Z2. The main usage is electric motor and medical furniture. Part of its production is exported by foreign trade companies to America, Europe and Asia. Sports equipment bearings are mainly OEM products on driving shaft and wheel shaft of bicycles, electric motor and rollers of tread mills, massage machines and plain castors. Its advantage is focused on thin/thick section series ball bearings and ordinary EMQ bearings. In bicycle parts Industry, Jingfeng mainly produce bearings for steering, steel balls, driving shaft and wheel hub.
Jingfeng also produce ordinary bearings for general purpose, plastic bearing, and pressing bearings. P0 is their main accuracy; Trading company is our main customers on this aspect.
Generally Jingfeng only use Gcr15 (100 Cr6/52100) and ANSI 440C, but we can also accept orders partially in high carbon steels.
