Zhejiang Chenguang Cable Co., Ltd., built up in 1984, is one of the top ten cable manufacturers in China. Specializing in the production of 110 kV and below XLPE power cable, Aerial insulated power cables, Control cables, Lay wire, and bare conductors etc., the company has the capacity of USD 750 million production value annually.
The products are widely used in batch of national key project, such as 2008 Beijing Olympic Games(we supply more than RMB 300 million power cable, about 40% of total value used in Olympic Stadium ), Hangzhou Bay Bridge in Ningbo (the longest bridge across the sea in the world), National electric network construction, Qinshan New Clear Power Station, Three Gorges Project, Jiaxing power plant, Shenzhen Moon Bay Power plant, and Shanghai Pudong International Airport, etc, running well and winning good reputation.
We own 5 world advanced level triple dry curing production lines (four CCV and one VCV ), 600 staff including 50 technologists. The company has imported 700KV Series Resonant HV Test System from Highvolt in Germany, and two other equipments for partial discharge test from Hipotronics in American and Heafely in Switzerland, together with necessary domestically advanced production and check-out facilities.
We organize manufacture, inspection and acceptance by strictly following the IEC standard and national standard, stipulates and carries out an internal controlling standard that is higher than national standard, which can also organize its manufacture according to international advanced standards and customer's requirements.
Chenguang cable is one of the first cable company in China to be ISO 9000: 2000 quality management system and ISO 14001: 2004 environment management system for design, development, production, sale and service (First ISO Certification was in 1996).
