Main drop press equipment are mainly include 2500T oil press machine, 3150T oil press machine in building. Heat treatment furnaces size are from 2 meters to 12 meters. Machining equipment are mainly include all kinds of horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, drilling machines and milling machines. Inspection equipment are mainly include spectrum analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle inspection equipment, hydraulic universal testing machine, impact testing machine and various hardness tester. All equipment have been matched with qualified personnel to operate.

The company established a rigorous quality control procedure covering all production line according to ISO9001: 2000 quality management system. We can produce all kinds of forging parts as per different standards such as GB, ASTM, ASME, API, AISI, DIN, JIS upon clients' requirements. We have classification society certificate: ABS, DNV, BV, GL, KR, CCS, LR, NK, RINA and RS covering carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. We received the certificate of China special pressure equipment manufacturing license (pressure piping) from one to four lever. Our company also has been approved by PED, Germany Rhine TUV, American API, ASME on forging pressure equipment field.
