Panzhihua Baiyun Foundry Co., Ltd. Is located in the joint of Yalong and Jinsha rivers of Panzhihua which is named as "cornucopia", Sichuan Province, China. Panzhihua is abundant in mineral resources, thus endows the castings of Baiyun with vanadium, titanium and other alloy that are heat, corrosion and abrasion resistant. At the same time, Baiyun possesses mature technology with about 20 years of experience in the research, development and manufacture.

We are an ISO9001: 2000 registered firm and own 9 patents. The standards that we have ever adopted include AISI, ASTM, DIN, and Chinese national standards. Nonstop technology and production process progress, all ready quality assurance capability and satisfying service system, all of these constitutes our final merchandises.

We own 2 foundries with an annual output of 15000 tons. And we are building the 3rd foundry with final annual output 100000 tons at Nanshan Industry Park, Renhe, Panzhihua city.

Our quality control department oversees all production processes from raw materials to finished products. It is responsible for ensuring that all products meet our stringent standards and customers' needs.

Our foundry has separate R&D department. Our technology team includes senior engineers with experience working in the field for more than 30 years and professors of leading national universities who have many years of materials research. They are also responsible for conducting training of manufacturing staff and ensuring that our high quality standards are maintained.
