Brain Assets Industries Limited (BAS) is a plastic and electronics manufacturing company established in 1994 with headquarter in Hong Kong and subsidiaries in Shenzhen, China. The company provides a wide range of services including prototyping, customized injection mould making, plastic injection moulding, electronic assembly, silk screening, paint spraying, hot stamping and pad printing. Our major customers included Philips CE, Philips Sound Solution, General Electric, Three-Sixty Sourcing and other reputable corporations.

With advanced plastic tooling machines, facilities and CAD/CAM software, we are capable of producing T1 within 40 days or an average monthly output of 25 sets of tooling. We are also equipped with 58 sets imported plastic injection machines ranging from 25MT to 600MT in order to fulfill customers' molding demands.

For electronic department, we have in total 13 assembly lines and equipped with 5 SMT lines included Lead-Free lines. Although BAS is a specialist in Audio and Security products, we have broadened our exposure to Automobile Audio Products, Sport Products and Housewares Products in the past few years.
