Our factory is one of the 500 biggest machinebuilding factories in China. It is a state first-level enterprise and a close member of the Bao-Steel Group. It is located in the northwestern suburbs of Changzhou, close to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway in the south, the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway in the north, only 18 kilometers away from Changzhou Airport. It has a wharf on the Desheng River to its west, which leads directly to the Yangtze River. Built in 1960, it has developed into a large-size enterprise with comprehensive hot and cold metalworking capabilities including smelting, forging, fabrication, hear treatment, machining, physical and chemical testing and research.

Our major products fall into three groups. The first group includes spare parts and products for mines and metallurgical enterprises, such as shear blades (winner of State Gold Prize), rolling mill rolls of different types (among which forged-steel roll is a winner of State Silver Prize), crankshafts of different kinds, piercing plugs (patented product ) and other tools for seamless tubing mills, and spare parts for blast furnaces, sintering, coking, hot and cold rolling, etc. The second group includes complete-set equipments for metallurgical enterprises, such as continuous casters, sintering pallets, rolling mills, tube drawers, arm cranes, taphole lid lifters, residual iron pots, ect. The third group includes special-purpose mining trucks and spare parts, including 154-ton electric-drive dumping trucks (the biggest truck in China), 30-ton multi-function watering wagons, 12-ton explosive mixing and loading wagons, and spare parts for imported trucks of 18 models from 8 to 154 tons.
