Established in 2011, China Ship Superintendent Association is a private company to provide head hunting, marketing, training and consultant service in Shanghai. We build a network including over 5000 superintendents, Chief Engineers and masters. They are professional on technical, management, survey, etc. We provide head hunting to provide jobs for all our members worldwide. Meanwhile, we help some foreign makers to do marketing during our members. Our business also includes training of superintendents and survey of S&P, hire-on/hire off. In the past years, we organized some events for marketing and communicating. And we also published some books about main engine, repairing, etc. In a word, we are a company to provide professional support for shipping companies on manpower, training, etc.
