Over 2000 square meters manufacturing workshop is equipped with advanced production facilities, including 15 sets of vertical injection molding machines, 2 sets of automatic high speed round elecrrodes die-cutting assembly lines - the only two such lines in China, 10 sets of 12 meters long automatic assembly lines. The production cability has been achieved at 40000PCS of electrodes and 20000PCS of electrodes lead wirs per production day. Electrode lead wires are RoHS, PAHs certificated, Phthalate standard tests passed. Electrodes is Negative of Cytoxicity, Skin Sensitization and Acute cutaneous irritation testing passed.
