The factory operates 10, 000 square meters in Baotian Industrial Park, Bao'an District, which is half an hour drive from downtown Shenzhen. Kinwei Technologies Co., Ltd was established in 2003, registered in HONGKONG and factory locates in Shenzhen. The factory operates 10, 000 square meters in Baotian Industrial Park, Bao'an District, which is half an hour drive from downtown Shenzhen. Kinwei engaged in the development, production and marketing of digital products includes USB Flash drive, MP3 player, car mp3 player, MP4 player, digital photo frame and GPS navigation.
Kinwei has more than 500 employees from experienced R&D engineers, knowledgeable international marketing professionals, human resource, market survey, material purchase, quality assurance, manufacture engineering and production. There are nearly 400 employees working on 35 automatic and semi-automatic production lines. 2 SMT lines branded Yamaha Panasonic and 5 production lines assured we can offer monthly output of 2 million units. Totally 40 in-house R&D staff respond to products development, including cosmetic and structure design, PCB layout, and software design. And we has set up technology partnership with the major components suppliers, such as Samsung, Hynix and Sigmatel etc. Kinwei will release 3 new models with original design every month to keep market attractive.
All the finished products must undergo ten-minute pass vibration test and eight-hour aging test at allocated temperature and humidity. As a ISO 9001: 2000-certified factory, Kinwei also has acquired CE, FCC and RoHS approvals for all products.
As an export-oriented company, about 95 percent of Kinwei's products are sold to overseas markets. The North America market is the biggest one which is 30 percent of total export sales. The Europe and Southeast Asia 20 percent each. OEM and ODM services take the bulk of Kinwei's business, 70 percent and 20 percent respectively. As a successful supplier, we service for many famous brands such as "SIEMENS", "Carrefour", "Best buy" and etc.
