Traditional basic products like electronic energy-saving lamps must be tested for straight 72 hours under rated voltage, high voltage (120% of rated voltage) and low voltage (80%) in -15centigrade and 80centigrade environments respectively as a reliability test, and also tested by over-5000-time on-off trial (60-sec on, 30-sec off), which is to guarantee a reliable service life at the technical origin. B. Endurance of various kinds of raw materials will be tested to ensure life consistency of all components within one product during their application, which will avoid the effects of the Law of Barrel and realize a best cost-performance while meeting customers basic requirements. C. Specialized facilities and equipments which can improve quality consistency and productive efficiency are developed uninterruptedly to reduce production costs effectively by hardware.

Quality Control: Based on ISO9001 Quality Certification, all elements affecting product quality are divided into 3 parts containing 126 core linked control points, with which single-item quality files can be established according to real-time quality status, thus making up specific data records on the whole process from raw material entry, deployment of technical parameters, sample comparison, manufacture, through tests of aging, reliability and service life of each batch of products.
