Jiangsu Asia-Pacific Ansindar Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Ansindar for short) is a wholly owned subsidiary of APALT group (stock code: 002540), located in Xishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi, Jiangsu. Ansindar comes from ALSINTA (Wuxi) Metals Co., Ltd., founded by Taiwan &Malaysia entrepreneurs in 2002.

Ansindar is a professional manufacturer of aluminium re-melt cast billet and forgings with land area around 55, 360m2 and registered capital of 90 million yuan. Our major customers are for the application in automotive, rail transit, heat exchange system, building industry, aerospace, solar, medical equipment, sports equipment, daily necessity and so on.

Our products cover from 1000 to 9000 series alloys billets, diameter from 70 mm to 380 mm and yearly capacity is more than 80, 000 tons. Ansindar has the-state-of-art facilities and equipments, such as hydraulic titling melting furnace, electromagnetic stirring system, on-line purification system, single / dual-stage liquid aluminum filtration system, Wagstuff air-slip cast system, homogenization heat treatment furnace, cooling furnace, automatic sawing packaging production lines and several sets of German spectrometer, ABB hydrogen tester, handheld ultrasonic flaw detector, automatic ultrasonic testing line, metallograph, universal tensile testing machine and so on.

Taking advantage of aluminum re-melt cast billets, Ansindar has invested heavily to build up forging production lines, and increase the variety of testing devices in July 2012. Now Ansindar owns mesh-belt & box type electric hating furnaces, 1600 tons electrical screw press, 400 tons straight-side single-point press, vertical quenching furnace, horizontal aging furnace, CNC machine center, automatic marking machine, and advanced testing devices like high power microscope, fluorescence penetrant flaw detector, coordinate measuring machine and hardness tester. Ansindar will invest in more forging production lines in a short time, add 4000 tons hydraulic machine, 1000 tons electrical screw press, 400 tons, 200 tons high-speed press, 1000 kg pneumatic hammer, automatic quenching and tempering line, automatic shot blasting pipeline and so on.

Certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO/TS16949, Ansindar already successfully developed a variety aluminum forged components mainly used for automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, engines, aerospace, electric power, heavy machinery, textile machinery and so on.
