Our patent product--CHAINTEX felt belt is used for conveying large and heavy aluminium profiles. It has powerful loading capacity; its usage solves the problem of conveyor belt running idle when loaded; the felt strap will not stretch when loaded, so it's free from the trouble of frequent adjustment; it conveys stably, stays on the track, free from running aside, and it helps greatly cut down the cost of rear conveyance equipment. Usually extruded profiles are conveyed via friction from felt belts. But our CHAINTEX felt belt does not convey profiles by friction, but by the strong force from the combination of gear and chain. So with our CHAINTEX felt belt, instances of felt belts fail to convey profiles will not occur.
