Zhejiang International Investment Service Center is a provincial institution authorized by Zhejiang Provincial Government and affiliated to Zhejiang Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau (ZFTEC) providing various foreign-related services to foreign businessmen and enterprises. It is also a council member of China Foreign Services Association. Upholding the business concept of 'putting people first and valuing client utmost' since its establishment, the Service Center has spared no efforts in creating the brand of superb service.

Main Business Scope:

(1) Serve as the agent for foreign-funded enterprises and foreign representative offices in Zhejiang to help with approval and registration formalities such as their site choice, establishment, extension and alteration. Besides, it provides agent services in seal carving, organization code certificate, bank account opening, taxation registration, foreigner's employment card and residence permit.

(2) Provide dispatching Chinese employees' management services for the standing representative offices of foreign enterprises, such as: Recommending employees, handling legal employment procedures, personnel archives administration, labor contract witness, compulsory social welfare and commercial insurance, certificate and attesting documents issuance, professional title application, termination of labor contract, transfer of personnel archives and social welfare, etc.

(3) Provide thorough human resources services for foreign-invested, state-owned, private and other forms of enterprises. Undertake human resources contracting for enterprises at home and abroad.

(4) Provide consultation services on investment environment, investment laws and policies as well as investment projects for enterprises funded by people form overseas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

(5) Provide invitation and reception services for foreign business people to conduct economy and trade activities in Zhejiang.

The Service Center has also set up representative offices in Yiwu Commodity City and Shaoxing Textile City, to better serve overseas merchants flocking there.
