Shandong Forever New Energy Co., Ltd. is financed by Hong Kong Kai Rong Group, with 214 million dollars total investment. It is located in University Technology Industrial Park in Zoucheng City, which is the birthplace of Confucius and Mencius.

2. Investment Planning
Total Investment: 214 million dollars, with 200 mu occupying area.
The first stage: To invest 200 million RMB, with capacity of 150, 000 KWh, which can meet a requirement of 10, 000 EVs or 25, 000 PHEVs, or 50, 000 HEVs from Aug. 2010 to Feb. 2012.
The second stage: With additional 450 million RMB investments, annual production can reach 600, 000 KWh, serving the needs of 40, 000 EVs or 100, 000 PHEVs, or 200, 000 HEVs from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014.
The third stage: To add 650 million RMB to the investment, the manufacture can produce 1, 200, 000 KWh batteries, supplying a demand of 80, 000 EVs or200, 000 PHEVs, or 400, 000 HEVs from 2015 to 2016.

3. Technological Superiority
Highly conductive additives are used in the raw materials mixing procedure based on the hierarchical nanostructure to essentially avoid size agglomeration, which ensures the battery safety and lattice homogeneity.
Large current bus bar structure is adopted as well, which is able to fulfill the requirement of high-power performance for electric vehicles. With this effective design, plates and bus bars are welded and press riveted together so as to balance the thermal field in unit area and overwhelmingly improve cycle life of lithium batteries.
