Adhesive force

Many magnetic components use glue to stick the magnet to the metal substrate. The bonding force of glue is the key point to control the stability of the product. Among them, temperature, glue amount and speed are the elements to ensure the bonding force.

Adhesion of coating

Sintered NdFeB is easy to oxidize. Electroplating on the surface is anti-oxidation and acid-base resistant. If the coating adhesion is not enough, the product will be invalid.

Magnet resistance
