Position: Online Order Specialist (Network Order Clerk)
Core Mission
Serve as the key link between online customers, sales, production, and logistics to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time order fulfillment for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Order Reception & Verification
Receive and process online orders via website, B2B platforms, email, and chat; verify product specifications (size, material, coating, custom length), quantity, pricing, delivery terms, and payment details; resolve discrepancies with customers and sales teams.
System Management
Enter and maintain order data in ERP/CRM systems; update customer profiles, order status, and production tracking records; generate order confirmations, production schedules, and shipping documents.
Production Coordination
Liaise with production departments to schedule custom-cut galvanized strips and steel pipes; monitor manufacturing progress; communicate delays or adjustments to customers promptly.
Logistics & Shipment
Coordinate with logistics teams for packaging, inspection, and dispatch; prepare export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates); track shipments and share delivery updates with customers.
Customer Service
Respond to inquiries about product availability, lead times, and order status; handle order modifications, returns, and complaints; follow up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Compile daily/weekly order reports, sales data, and customer feedback; maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes.
Required Qualifications
College degree or above; major in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); CET-4 or higher is a plus for foreign trade orders.
1+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or steel industry; familiarity with galvanized steel products is a strong advantage.
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/order management systems; strong data entry accuracy.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
